Hello everyone, or even anyone!
Welcome to my brand-new website.
Firstly, I have to thank the wonderful Joe Meldrum of Plymouth Design, https://plymouth-design.co.uk/ .
Joe has created this great site despite me, my lack of technology, and the slowness of my making the info that he needed available to him. All at a great price.
On top of that he has successfully started his new design company during the covid lockdown. So well done Joe!
I do hope you enjoy having a read and a look at my work.
The shop links on the gallery pages will take you to my online Etsy shop and you’ll find more information about the paintings there, with no commitment to buy.
If anything takes your fancy you can buy direct from the site, or if you’re fairly local to Plymouth or planning to visit, you can see the paintings for real at my Mount Batten studio. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
This Covid virus and lockdown coincided with me having to move studios and get a new website, both at the same time.
So, I’ve used the time to concentrate on these two things while painting has been difficult to focus on, so, now for a fresh start!
I’ll tell you all about the studio in this blog, next week.
With this new website now up and running and my new studio ready for me to work in and be open for appointments to view by the end of next week, it will be great to feel a brush in my hand again.
I’ve got so many new ideas for painting collected over the last four months.
At first when we could only walk for our permitted exercises, Rosie and I discovered so many fantastic places within easy reach on foot, each with their own story to tell and their own unique beauty.
I managed some sketches and took plenty of reference photos so we will see what happens!
